15 Union Square West, NYC
The sculptural, c. 1870 cast-iron framework of the original Tiffany & Co. flagship building has been brought back to life by Brack Capital as one of the most sought-after condo buildings in Manhattan. Vicente Wolf designed the interiors of this building, partnering with Sherle Wagner to custom-design faucets and door handles that would be on-par with the development's standard.
The three-bedroom model apartment, was designed with an eye toward balancing the classic and the current. In the living/dining area 1960's Knoll Platner chairs are mixed with 18th-Century Chinese armchairs around a custom metal and wood table. The kitchen island pairs mahogany legs with a solid marble top and custom faucets, reflecting the light that abundantly pours in through the 16-foot windows.
