With its rare antiques and hand-picked artifacts VW Home rates highly on the designer’s insider track as a unique showroom that reflects interior design connoisseur Vicente Wolf’s far-flung international travels.
Since its opening in 1999, the light-filled 3,000 square foot loft in Manhattan receives regular shipments from Europe, Asia, Africa and other exotic destinations that ensure a continually changing selection of one-of-a-kind pieces available for sale to both the public and trade.
In addition to antiques and international artifacts, the showroom is home to a Wolf-designed selection of home décor accessories including lighting, sterling silver flatware and mirrors and luxury upholstery pieces from which visitors can have their pieces custom-made. This option was expanded in 2008 with the launch of VW Home Design, a Wolf-inspired interior design service that utilizes products selected and designed by Wolf as a direct offer to those wanting to recreate the Vicente Wolf-look in their own home.
The showroom also offers remote personal assisted shopping service to those unable to visit the store personally.
Owner Vicente Wolf is a celebrated interior designer with over thirty years of experience on an international platform. He is the publisher of three books, Learning to See (Artisan, 2002), Crossing Boundaries: A Global Vision of Design (Monacelli Press, 2006) and Lifting the Curtain on Design (Monacelli Press, 2010), which are all available for sale at VW Home.
